  • The Sparking Life Niagara program is a new perspective of learning. You work out for 20-30 minutes every day and you do work right after. I think it's a good thing because it helps a lot of people who don't work out. - Joseph

  • Every morning we do a 20-25 minute workout. We can ride a bike, run on the treadmill and we can use the stepper. When I am done my workout I feel so awake and more focused. I do more work when done exercising because I feel re-energized. - Ashlynne
  • The Sparking Life Niagara program is a wonderful way to get in shape and become academically successful. Each morning we are required to do 20 minutes of exercise while wearing a heart rate monitor, then we record our heart rate after every workout. - Jessie

  • It wakes me up in the morning and gets me going for the rest of the day. I like how we now have a TV so it's like working out at home. I also like how we can talk to our friends. - Megan
