PPL2OF - Healthy Active Living - Female (Open): This course emphasizes regular participation in a variety of enjoyable physical activities that promote lifelong healthy active living. Student learning will include the application of movement principles to refine skills; participation in a variety of activities that enhance personal competence, fitness, and health; examination of issues related to healthy sexuality, healthy eating, substance use and abuse; and the use of informed decision-making, conflict resolution, and social skills in making personal choices.

This course focuses on aerobics and physical movement.
PAF2OW - Personal and Fitness Activities - Weight Training (Open): This course emphasizes regular participation in a variety of enjoyable physical activities that promote lifelong healthy active living. Student learning will include the application of movement principles to refine skills; participation in a variety of activities that enhance personal competence, fitness, and health; examination of issues related to healthy eating, substance use and abuse; and the use of informed decision-making, conflict resolution, and social skills in making personal choices. This course focuses on aerobics and physical movement. Course Fee. PAL2OH - Large Group Activities - Hockey Focus (Open): This course emphasizes regular participation in ice hockey and development of skills, as well as fitness training. Student learning will include the application of movement principles to refine skills. This will be achieved through sport specific fitness training, 18-20 hours of on-ice instruction and various activities to enhance personal competence, fitness and health. The health component of the course will include examination of issues related to healthy sexuality, healthy eating, substance use and abuse, and the use of informed decision-making, conflict resolution and social skills in making personal choices.
